- What does instrument warranty cover?
- Warranty covers the instrument for ONE year from the day of shipping. It includes the replacement of any defective parts and associated labor. It does not include shipping costs.
- Is there a warranty on the computer?
- NO. We do not offer warranty on the computer. The computers come with themanufacturer's warranty and if you want additional warranty, you may contact the manufacturer. We are happy to provide you with the contact information. We transfer all the paperwork that comes with the computer, so please contact the manufacturer for any problems.
- What about international shipping?
We ship our orders via Federal Express Internatinal only. We do not ship via UPS, DHL or any other courier company. If you do not have a FedEx account, we can add the shipping charges to the invoice.
